Iranian drones attack Bahrain and a ship is struck in the strait after US airstrikes

The U.S.-Iran ceasefire deal lasted just as short as predicted, and just as unimpactful as it seemed. Rising escalations from both sides, Iran striking a shipping vessel, and the U.S. in response striking missile and drone locations within Iran, risk major setbacks towards a long-lasting conclusion to this conflict. With U.S. inflation on the rise and a general distaste for the conflict within both the U.S. public and Congress, a hopeful end seems far away.
