You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Press & Penny only when you can enter a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Press & Penny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited moderation records, legal obligations, and integrity-preserving historical editions described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Article submissions must point to the original publisher; Press & Penny does not grant rights to third-party articles or sites.

You must follow the Community Rules. You may not harass people, expose private information, threaten harm, manipulate rankings, spam the service, impersonate others, evade enforcement, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

We may hide or remove content, issue warnings, limit features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect readers, comply with law, or preserve product integrity. You may delete your own account in Settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible.

The service may change, pause, or end. Links lead to third-party publications and services that Press & Penny does not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, subscriptions, or charges.

Press & Penny is provided as available and without warranties beyond those the law requires. Rankings and community contributions are opinions, not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press & Penny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms and will post the effective date with the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law permits. Legal questions can be sent to legal@pressandpenny.com.
