Analysis: During the 2016 Trump administration there was great discussions around the lasting impact Trump’s actions would have on America’s standing within the global stage. At the end of his term we faced the reality that Trump’s mismanagement of our allies and foes left us in a weaker position than ever, but at the end of the day Trump was defeated. The American public rebuked Trumpism. If only that was the end. With Trump back and more brutal than ever, especially to allies, we will finally truthfully see how far America’s reputation globally can fall now with the public’s majority support.

Analysis: Trump’s tariffs leave everyone with so many questions. The rationale behind their implementation is yet to be truthfully described. Trump administration officials claim it’s to combat drugs crossing the border while Trump himself says it’s to reclaim U.S. manufacturing. This leaves our allies and our own country in limbo until he decides what is going on, and if it’s worth a detrimental cost to the U.S economy.

Analysis: Democrats have yet to launch their first attack against Trump & Republicans in congress. Their first move may come in forcing a government shutdown in protest of Elon Musk’s DOGE actions. Reporting says the democrat leadership is hearing from across the board from grass-roots supporters to wealthy donors that something, anything, must be done to show defiance.

Analysis: The strong-arming of Ukraine continues as Trump pushes forward an unfavorable cease-fire deal to pause the conflict. Alongside pausing military aid the CIA at the direction of Trump has now paused intelligence sharing as well. The effect this will have on Ukrainian troops is unknown but will continue to put Ukraine in a further weakened position, temping them to agree to Trump’s terms.
