Trump and his cabinet officials are blatantly going against constitutional rights, and when called out on it, courts are using the time-honored defense of “Nuh Uh”. What a world we live in.
Analysis: With the recent Supreme Court ruling granting President Trump more power over federal agencies, one of the last guardrails has been eliminated: civil servants. In the first administration, pushback from civil servants held Trump back greatly in many different areas, from the Justice Department to Foreign Affairs. With those guardrails now gone, Trump will be able to act quicker than ever to enact his goals.

Analysis: There’s only one thing you can count on with Trump’s tariff policy: chaos. Even nations that bend the knee and give in to his demands aren’t spared the flip-flopping on and off and on again tariffs. Mexico, for example, has broadly given in to immigration and drug control demands, but yet another round of tariffs will be leveraged against them.
